Our Approach
Cloudberry partnered with the Inclusive Digital Experience team to customize our Digital Playbook System and co-create a Resource Hub. Our goal was to make accessibility practical and role-specific, tailored to how people actually work—whether they’re product managers, designers, developers, or legal reviewers.
Key components of the solution included:
- Separating the Why from the How: Built leadership alignment through business-case framing, while providing clear, actionable guidance to those creating digital products.
- Role-Based Personalization: Content was structured by role so users could easily find what applied to them—reducing overload and hesitation.
- Just-in-Time Design: The Playbook and Hub were built to be quickly referenceable during projects, not as static documents to read once and forget.
- Sustainable Governance: Structured to evolve with changing standards, with deep links to trusted bodies like WCAG and W3C.
